The Power Lunch Program provides meaningful education about the justice system to high school students and LAPD Cadets while “planting a legal seed” in the minds of these impressionable young people. Power Lunch is designed to expand the career consciousness of the economically depressed young people in the County of Los Angeles. Power Lunches are now being held throughout the County of Los Angeles and thanks to an additional grant from the Judicate West Foundation as well as private donations it will continue strong into 2012. To become involved in this rewarding and meaningful program please contact Kay Burt at firstname.lastname@example.org
and keep an eye on the WLALA calendar for the next Power Lunch near you!
