Recipes for Busy Lawyers

Editor’s Note—This is a new series for our newsletter, send us the most delicious and nutritious recipes that you love to feed yourself or your family and we will share them!

 

Homemade Pizza

Ingredients:

2 dough balls (wheat or white) – you can find these at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods or Vons.

Flour

Pizza or Spaghetti sauce

Mozzarella or Quattro Formaggio shredded cheese

Your favorite pizza toppings (we usually make a plain cheese for the kids and another with olives, mushrooms and prosciutto)

Directions:

Let the dough breathe outside the package for 20 minutes or more on a floured cutting board or baking sheet

Roll out the dough

Spread several tablespoons of pizza or spaghetti sauce on the dough

Top with shredded cheese and your favorite toppings

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and enjoy fresh baked pizza!
