Recipes for Busy Lawyers

Crockpot Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 lbs. or 3 lbs)

1 jar salsa (16 oz. for 2 lbs. of chicken or 24 oz for 3 lbs. of chicken)

4-6 frozen garlic cubes (or their equivalent)

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, more potentially if using more chicken. Shred when done. Use in chicken soft tacos, enchiladas, salads, etc.
