Hummus and veggies/chips are a great addition to any game watch or dinner party

Submitted by: Jessica Kronstadt

1 can garbanzo beans - strained

Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)

Sundried Tomatoes (handful)

Lemon Oil (1/2 teaspoon)

Olive Oil (1 teaspoon)

Salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Sesame oil (to taste)

Strain the garbanzo beans from their liquid.  Put the liquid into a separate bowl and set aside.  If sundried tomatoes have stems, cut off stems.  Combine beans, cumin, sundried tomatoes (without stems), lemon oil, olive oil and salt into a blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth.  Add sesame oil for taste.  Serve with vegetables and/or pita chips.
