Elaine Chang is an associate at Raines Feldman LLP, focusing on employment litigation and counseling on behalf of management. Elaine assists employers with all types of employment law matters, including individual and class action wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Elaine also advises clients on compliance, handbooks, and pre-litigation matters.
Prior to joining Raines Feldman LLP, Elaine specialized in securities class action litigation. Elaine also externed for the Honorable Gary A. Feess in the Central District of California and completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates. Prior to law school, Elaine worked at Ernst & Young LLP and a boutique investment management firm in New York. Elaine graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics. Elaine received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she served as Executive Articles and Notes Editor of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology and Managing Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
In addition to serving as the Co-chair of WLALA's Young Lawyers Section, Elaine is a member of UCLA Law Women LEAD’s Student Engagement Committee. Elaine has also served on the Board of Taiwanese American Professionals Los Angeles (TAP-LA).
