Kelly Kriebs has more than 15 years of experience advising private equity funds, companies, entrepreneurs and other clients in a broad range of private transactions. As a member of the firm’s Private Equity, M&A and Global Finance practices, Kelly represents buyers and sellers in private company merger, acquisition, divestiture transactions, as well as corporate entities, limited liability companies and partnerships in recapitalization and joint venture transactions. In addition, her practice includes representation of borrowers in acquisition and other financings and of secured creditors in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings.
Kelly is a co-chair of the firm’s national recruiting committee and serves on the Greater Los Angeles offices’ Practice Development Committee. She earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she served on the UCLA Law Review and earned Order of the Coif honors.
