Stacy Horth-Neubert is counsel in Skadden's Los Angeles' Litigation Group, which is widely recognized for its ability to represent clients in large-scale, "bet-the-company" matters and their other most critical litigation issues.

Ms. Horth-Neubert’s practice involves a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation, including multi-district litigation; class actions; unfair business practices, false advertising, contracts, securities, sports and entertainment litigation; international arbitration; and administrative appeals. For the past several years, she has had a leading role in representing in numerous proceedings brought by states, counties and cities, as well as related consumer class actions, concerning the application of local hotel occupancy tax to service charges on reservations made through online travel companies.

Ms. Horth-Neubert serves as coordinator for the pro bono efforts in Skadden's Los Angeles office. In that capacity, she has been instrumental in facilitating, coordinating and participating in numerous pro bono projects at the firm, including the Shriver Housing Project and Bet Tzedek’s Holocaust Survivors’ Services Project. In addition, Ms. Horth-Neubert has represented clients pro bono in areas such as racial justice, civil and educational rights, internal investigations, Freedom of Information Act litigation, housing discrimination, and federal and state benefits; has acted as guardian ad litem; and is past president of the board for a private Los Angeles nonprofit preschool.

For her pro bono work, Ms. Horth-Neubert was named a winner of the California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year Awards (CLAY) by California Lawyer magazine, and has received both the ACLU of Southern California Pro Bono Advocacy Award, and its Freedom of Information Award. Ms. Horth-Neubert serves on the Foundation Board of the ACLU of Southern California, is a member of the WILEF Global Advisory Board, and is a member of the Steering Committee for the LACBA/WLALA Joint Task Force on Retention and Promotion of Women, and recently completed a two-year term on the Board of Trustees of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  Ms. Horth-Neubert has served on the WLALA Board of Governors since 2009, and served as President of WLALA for the 2016-2017 board year.

Ms. Horth-Neubert earned her B.S. from the University of Florida ad her J.D. from Fordham University. She has been married for more than 23 years to architect, Aaron Neubert, and is the mother of their two fabulous children, Quinn (16) and Penn (13).
